Growing up on the Canadian Prairies in Calgary, Alberta, Alison Wandzura found her first creative outlet performing as a dancer and singing in choirs. In 2006, she graduated from the University of Calgary with degrees in Theatre and Business. Alison's television credits include playing opposite Steve Zahn in the 2018 ABC series The Crossing, as well as guest star and recurring roles in Take Two (ABC), Van Helsing (SyFy), Mistresses (ABC), and Minority Report (FOX). She can be seen next in the remake of the cult classic Critters and National Geographic's miniseries Valley of the Boom. In addition to her film and television work, Alison has given award-winning performances on stage in Steel Magnolias, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and Messiah on the Frigidaire.
