René Mena was born in Sonsonate, El Salvador to parents Francisco & Rosa Mena. At 16 he moved to Richmond, VA. There he attended Meadowbrook H.S and college. In 2010 he started acting in plays with the Sycamore Rouge Theater Company. In 2011, René moved to Los Angeles and since he has appeared in TV Shows "The Mayans MC", "Hand of God", "Border Battles", "Tales of Titans", "Story of God", "Crime Stoppers" and "Shameless" and films "Bright", "Out Of Town", "Lola's Love Shack", "Canon", "Lake Los Angeles", "Wally's Will", "Gentlemen's Fury", "Buddy Solitaire" and "Prescience".
