An unusually magnetic American actress, Dalit Berkowitz is known for playing diverse and compelling characters. She was born in the northernmost coastal town of Nahariya, Israel to an Argentinian mother and South African father. When Dalit was 6 months old, they moved to the United States, where she grew up on Long Island and in New York City. From an early age, Dalit was a noted singer and soloist in her school choirs. She was featured at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall at age 13 and later performed in Uruguay and Eastern Europe. Her love of music and performance led Dalit to obtain a BFA in Acting from Pittsburgh's renowned Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. In addition, she has a graduate degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City. Dalit now calls Los Angeles home and regularly acts in film and television.
